My husband is calling May, Arctic Summer. One minute it is warm enough for shorts next we are reaching for woollen coats. As you can see we had a bit of both while I was taking this weeks shots.

Oh yes, we San Franciscans know arctic summer well. Our true summer will come in October. Meanwhile, we'll be in shorts one day and down jackets the next.

Fantastic pictures, I particularly like the first two shots. The bare legs, sunshine and big smile in the first image make me wish it was summer again, unfortunately I think we're in for a cold winter where I live. Hope it warms up for you soon!
