I met Bertie shopping in Columbia Road, which is a wonderful vibrant part of London, especially on a Sunday when the flower market is on. Bertie works in an Architectural School as an assistant to the director. I loved her coat and didn't realise until we started shooting that she is expecting a baby, who will be with us in May. Her beautiful coat is was vintage when she bought it 10 years ago, it is a 1960's Harris Tweed from John Lewis. The scarf was a gift from Russia, her jeans are actually
Topshop maternity dungarees. Bertie bought her bag at a vintage fair and her shoes are from
Kurt Geiger.
The second shot is a cafe in the market. It is nice just observe sometimes.

Merry Xmas Dvora. Lovely photos as always xx
Her coat is wonderfully cheerful for gray winter days. Love the cafe shot!
What an appropriately festive look: tartan next to fir trees AND it's vintage Harris Tweed - how perfect.
Hope you have enjoyed a family and friends-filled Christmas and that 2013 brings ever more creative opportunities.
Oh, congratulations on her great expectations for May! Love her colorful coat. There's something very Pacific Northwest in her plaid, fur and pine trees, as if this was shot somewhere in Oregon!
I love your banner font too. Quite art deco, very elegant. -- J xxx
