Out and about....Raleigh on

From Fashionistable
Tokyo is a creative director. I shot this at LFW for GQ. They didn't run it but I think it is great and thought Tokyo looked very dapper in his red coat with the red Raleigh bike as his accessory. (Was it because it was a women's bike?) What do you think? Tokyo is wearing a SS13 Hugo Boss coat, YSL trousers, Gourmet shoes, Xhanard rings, KT2 glasses and his saddle bag is by Tim Lupo.

  2. Excellent shot but I can see why they didn't run it.

Magazines are ideal for inspiration but they are very keen on individual/personal style with a spot of fashion conformity.

Creative types usually do not fit into that bracket because they aren't too keen on conformity, at least not always.

What I'm trying to say here is: If the look/outfit is "too creative" magazines tend not to run said image. There are of course exceptions to this - Italian Vogue!

  7. I remember seeing you shoot him, with half a dozen other photographers trying to get in on the action behind you. Seems a bit unfair for you, if you ask me. But you obviously got the best shot.
