A little detour from my usual postings. I thought these looked amazing so wanted to share them with you. I took these around midnight when the snow was falling. The warm tones in the shots is the colour from the streetlights. Very strong proof of light pollution. But they look sepia toned and beautiful anyway. The images are shot from my bedroom window looking at neighbouring gardens, my front door onto the street and from the backdoor to the garden. Indoors the happiest place for me to enjoy the snow.
Absolutely agree with you on the point that indoors are the best and happiest place to enjoy the snow...Beautiful images: they could be the perfect setting of a fairytale...
Stunning.... Great photos
These shots are stunning Dvora xoxo
Wonderful to say the least, dear Dvora. I find the tree in the first on stunning.
This photos are so beautiful! And although winter is a magical season I am a bit tired of it already and cannot wait for warmer days!
Beautiful shots! Get the sledge out, Dvora ;)
love sepia! beautiful photos <3
Ooh, those are beautiful!
These are so beautiful. I did initially think you had tinted it sepia but after you mentioned the streetlights, remembered how snow easily reflects the tones around it. I've seen the world all rosy with snow, and not with rose-colored sunglasses either! Love these! xxx
Beautiful, Dvora! The snow makes everything magical, doesn't it? (I also rather take winter photos from a warm sheltered spot :)
top notch, these are just excellent. did it look like this in person or did the camera help it a bit? either way they're great. i agree, i'm not keen on going out when it has been snowing
a simply beautiful sight, you captured the essence of it. And I like it sepia.
Adore these shots. Would love to see more of such nature shots.
I loooooove the sepia tones of the photos! You captured the magic of the snowy scenes beautifully!
And stayed warm at the same time! Added bonus!
Lovely shots! Its good to see something different from your lens too! :)
