.....the rain. I wanted to document the Jubilee. Hope you have enjoyed what I saw. Sunday was a tough day to be out. I am not surprised the Duke is ill it was a lot to ask of a 90 year old man, standing up in the rain. It was tough for me and I am much younger and healthier. More images to follow of Tuesdays events.

  1. Amazing photos. I'm a little bit jealous, that people in UK can celebrate with their queen. It's beautiful tradition. I was touched.
From friday euro starts. I hope that polish team will win some matches. I also will keep my fingers crossed for english team. If I good remember Lampard isn't playing. What a loss to England.

  8. I've been waiting for this post. I love the one with the two umbrellas - three from the bottom ( symbolises everything that went on this weekend).

  12. I'm so glad you braved the rain, Dvora. I stayed away from it all - so it's all the nicer to see it through your lens. xxx

  14. I loved this photo-documentary of the Jubilee. It was heartwarming to see this outpouring of love (ok, and rain) for the Royal Family. Love the pics, especially the impromptu tent of umbrellas with sneakers peeking through! I do feel for Prince Philip, and also the Queen who probably wanted to stay home holding his hand, but braved the weather and crowds for the people.

Thanks for your kind words on my blog :) -- J xxxx
